I don’t feel like talking much right now.
Instead, I’m just going to let these delishcous pancankaes (delicious pancakes, I can’t type right now) do all the talking that needs to be done. Whoo (who0) (who) needs a wordy post right now?
No, those mistakes weren’t on purpose.
Look how soft and fluffy they are! YUMMMMM.
And below, some glorious unedited pouring photos. BY THE WAY, THANK YOU DEAREST BROTHER MINE FOR BEING SUCH AN EXCELLENT POURER. ALL THE POURING CREDIT GOES TO YOU.
Whole Wheat Pancakes
Serves one hungry person
- 1/2 cup white whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking poweder (powder)
- 1/8 tsp baking soda
- pinch salt
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 egg white
In a medium bowl, mix together the dry ingredients. And the wet and stir until a batter is formed. DON’T STIR OUT ALL THE LUMPS OR YOUR PANCAKES WILL BE TOUGH!!!! Heat a skillet to medium heat and grease with butter or fat of choice. Dollop 2-3 tablespoons of batter at each time and let cook for a minute or so, or until small bubbles form on top. Flip and cook for another minute until golden brown.
See that pool of maple syrup?? IT DID NOT GO TO WASTE. I ATE THOSE PANCAKES AND EVERY DROP OF THAT SYRUP.
If I did hashtags, there would be one saying something like #yesregrets. I can’t even look at maple syrup now.
