5 Ingredient Chocolate PB Pretzel Truffles

So ummmmmm I need you guys to do something for me.



I need you to forget that I try to post only nutritious, balanced recipes.

I need you to forget that I am normally pretty healthy.

I need you to forget that if I can I avoid refined sugars and flours.

Are we good? Ok let’s move on to the recipe.



These chocolate peanut butter pretzel truffles are seriously amazing. You will forget everything else you have ever eaten. The world will fade away into oblivion. Your tastebuds, and quite possibly the rest of you, will explode with happiness once one of these truffles enter your mouth. These are tooth-achingly sweet, stomach-achingly rich, and brain-achingly delicious. Yeah. I don’t know what else to say.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzel Truffles


  • 2 cups (40 g) pretzels
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • “Optional”: more chocolate chips for dipping

Directions: In a food processor, process together the first three ingredients. In a small bowl, microwave the chocolate chips and almond milk together for about 30 seconds. Add chocolate to food processor and process until a dough is formed. Roll into 20 truffles. Meanwhile, melt the “optional” chocolate chips until smooth. Dip each truffle into chocolate and place in fridge.
